The Black Kompressor Pad is very soft for use with wax and with paint sealants. This pad has no cut making it ideal for spreading an even coat of wax. Kompressor Pads utilize the Velcro Brand hook and loop fastener to ensure that your pad will be securely held to your backing plate. Kompressor pads have a semi arched contour so that when affixed flat to a backing plate the face of the pad compresses together. These pads are slotted in two directions while the foam is non-compressed, when the pad is compressed this creates a sweet spot on the face. The slotted face adjusts to contours providing greater contact and the slots also hold polish longer. When you use the right Polishing Pad for the right job you are sure to get awesome results and a mirror like finish.
